Create a very precise keyer, with as much as possible deterministic timing.

Project motivation
Setting a goal while learning new skills is a powerful way to increase motivation.
I was trying to learn Verilog and this seemed a challenge within my reach…until I started.

Philosophy
It is not a complete keyer, features set is quite minimal. Most noticeable examples no messages and no weighting.
